Power Central Asia is a five-year flagship regional energy project, funded by USAID, which aims to improve performance of the energy sector, expedite clean energy development, and enhance energy security and resiliency through greater regional connectivity and expanded cross-border electricity trade. The project has been supporting the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan in developing a concept high level plan for establishing a green hydrogen hub in Uzbekistan.
