Our Shenzhen and Jinjiang offices embraced the spirit of the Mid-Autumn Festival 🌕 with a series of exciting and engaging activities! 🎉 Our Shenzhen team participated in a lively lantern riddle guessing contest and explored treasures at a fun flea market. Our Jinjiang team experienced the autumn fair showcasing a display of custom lantern designs, a traditional pitch-pot game, scavenger hunts, a fun quiz, and the exciting dice game—Bobing, where employees won fantastic prizes! In August, our Crocs Japan team moved into a new office located in a new building Toranomon, center of Tokyo🗾. The office features a spectacular view of the beautiful Tokyo Tower🗼and is conveniently connected to the station. A townhall with casual lunch was organized to celebrate the new office relocation, gathering our team for a quick get together. The Jinjiang Office hosted a Leadership Engagement session with Prashant Singh, Vice President of Sourcing & Product Execution for Asia, on August 28th as a highlight of the Q3 HR Day. Crocs Shenzhen received our children in our Dongguan and Aobei offices in a Family Day initiative led by Crocs United. The children brought along their own handicrafts made from recycled materials and Earth Day paintings to raise awareness about environmental conservation. 🌏 The highlight of the family day was the Crocs DIY workshop, where our little ones unleashed their boundless imagination and passion. With much enthusiasm and interest, they excitedly designed and customized their very own Crocs shoes, infusing each pair with their unique personalities and innovative flair. Our Japan office recently celebrated our team effort that contributed to our successful performance in the 1st Half of 2024.
