A fully automated approach to determine the melting temperature of crystalline materials
Software to estimate oligonucleotide duplexes melting temperature. Includes state-of-the-art monovalent (e.g., Na ) and bivalent (Mg2 ) ion correction, formamide (or general denaturant) correction, and melting curve estimation.
This is one of my first python scripts for a simple web-based tool that will generate basic biological data from the query DNA sequence.
