Streamlink version

Unable to get

Description

I opened command prompt as administrator on windows, and ran "winget install streamlink"

It started to download, and failed halfway through and crashed the prompt

Now I cannot install it, as it says it is already installed with no upgrades found
I cannot uninstall it, as it says it does not exist, nor does it show in "winget list"
And I cannot interact with it in any way using any streamlink command, as it is not recognized as a command
