I graduated in Software Development at the Polytechnic University of Turin with maximum grades, and now I am a PhD student at the Open University.
As part of my PhD studies, and in my free time, I enjoy make use of and contributing to open source projects. I am every day working with NLP libraries and REST APIs.

In my current research I am analysing how a single event gets depicted differently from different news sources. This analysis includes working with SpaCy and using popular python packages like pandas, plotly and sklearn.

I also worked in REST API development (serving and consuming with Java, Python, Javascript), and also in web development (Angular).

I contributed in the recent years to different open source projects (e.g., SpaCy, Homebrew, Plotly) and I like to be part of the developers community.

Sponsorship would be important for me to motivate more and more my contributions in open source projects. I will use the funds to integrate my PhD scholarship and earning while I do something I love: coding.
