Component to integrate with FireflyIII.
This is a custom component developed by me to integrate FireflyIII with Home Assistant, this project is independent from the great work done by James Cole in FireflyIII
This component will set up the following platforms.

- Follow the link here
- Use the custom repo link https://github.com/soloam/ha-fireflyiii-integration
- Select the category type

- Then once it's there (still in HACS) click the INSTALL button
- Restart Home Assistant
- Once restarted, in the HA UI go to
Configuration
(the ⚙️ in the lower left) ->Devices and Services

Instructions
You probably do not want to do this! Use the HACS method above unless you know what you are doing and have a good reason as to why you are installing manually
- Using the tool of choice open the directory (folder) for your HA configuration (where you find
configuration.yaml
). - If you do not have a
custom_components
directory (folder) there, you need to create it. - In the
custom_components
directory (folder) create a new folder calledfireflyiii_integration
. - Download all the files from the
custom_components/fireflyiii_integration/
directory (folder) in this repository. - Place the files you downloaded in the new directory (folder) you created.
- Restart Home Assistant
- Once restarted, in the HA UI go to
Configuration
(the ⚙️ in the lower left) ->Devices and Services
