Omega_h respects multiple zone (multi-material) topology. This means (among other things) if two materials don't touch before adaptation, they still don't touch after. This is done with the so-called "classification" of each mesh entity with a geometric dimension and geometric ID. This is also the only way right now to restrict boundary adaptation.
Is it possible to fix boundary nodes or edges (2D)/faces (3d) from adapting? Also how does Omega_h handle multiple zones (multi-material)?
