Open Horizon is a platform for managing the service software lifecycle of containerized workloads and related machine learning assets. It enables autonomous management of applications deployed to distributed webscale fleets of edge computing nodes and devices without requiring on-premise administrators.
Here are some steps to learn and use the Open Horizon component services.
- Install the Management Hub Services on an x86 machine or VM using our easy all-in-one script.
- Install the Agent on almost any single-board computer (SBC), desktop, laptop, or Kubernetes cluster.
- Publish and use our example services.
- Create and publish your own services.
For reporting bugs, requesting features, and discussing changes, developers should use Github issues and discussions on these repositories. Using issues, you can maintainers, contributors and other members of the community. To connect with the community and learn more about the software solution, new users should bookmark or visit the Open Horizon web site.
