Pronounce Version 1.2.0

This version switches to www.dictionary.com backend for retrieval
of OGG audio files.

Releaing v1.1.0 with more _polished_ script.

New features are:
 * Auto creation of cache folder (if required),
 * The -h and -v options for printing help and version strings,
 * The -c option for purging the local cache.
