Current

WHEN I go to https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos/blob/master/VALIDATORS_FAQ.md#is-there-a-faucet
AND I go to https://www.cosmosvalidators.com/, as directed
THEN I get This site can’t be reachedwww.cosmosvalidators.com unexpectedly closed the connection.

Desired

I should be able to get a faucet (or faucet should be retired and docs updated)
