Player Abilities

  • Quick-save while on-foot. Current location will also be saved.
  • Utilize Tracker Services at Pay'N'Sprays and Stevie's. This saves and tracks vehicles with a blip, acting as a personal vehicle.

Player Gunplay

  • Gun magazines, shotgun shells, & rockets are visibly disposed/inserted.
  • Recoil occurs when the player is firing any gun
  • Holster & unholster your weapons.
  • Move when scoped with any sniper.
  • Scope & unscope with any sniper.
  • When reloading, ammunition left in the magazine is properly rid of.

Pedestrian/Traffic Adjustments

  • Peds no longer overtake the player.
  • Upon loading in, there is now be a fade-in.
  • When stopped in a vehicle, brake lights flick on.
  • Pedestrians sometimes drive with their doors locked.

Enhancements & Fixes

  • Field of view varies depending on the player's circumstances. E.g, in & out of combat, on & off foot, in & out interiors, etc.
  • The player will speak more. E.g, in combat, when stealing items, or when falling.
  • Mouse cursor won't move to another monitor if in-game.
  • Exiting a vehicle with the wheels turned keeps them turned while on foot.
  • Ice cream truck theft voice lines from console are restored.
  • The hospital in South Algonquin is now a possible respawn point.
  • Hold sprint key to jog. Tap the key to sprint. Disabled via CAPSLOCK or Toggle Sprint in the pause menu.
  • The game will auto-save when grabbing collectibles.

Difficulty & Combat

  • Player guns are removed upon death.
  • All AI has varied accuracy & firerates.
  • Health is regenerated to 25% in combat, and 50% out of combat.
  • Armor is negated when the player is below a certain armor threshold. Most prominent below 33% armor.
  • When below 25% health, the player can no longer sprint.
  • Some pedestrians have a varied assortment of weapons. E.g, some gang members could have an UZI.
  • Vehicles can explode when catching on fire, as seen in certain vanilla missions.

Police Changes

  • Gain police stars when weapons are equipped with police nearby.
  • Gradually lose police stars if you're unseen for a certain duration.
  • Armored police appear at 4 stars.
  • NOoSE can no longer be headshot or ragdolled when they have armor equipped; negated when using a sniper, or if an armor threshold is surpassed.
  • Cops will now always use the combat shotgun instead of the pump shotgun.
