Run script as administrator

This script will fetch a list of the latest Apache maven-3 releases and let you select the maven version yuo want to install. Simply run the script as administrator, select the version you want to install or press enter for default. The script will download and unzip maven and prepare all required windows environment variables.

The script can be used when upgrading from an older version as well, thought this is not tested yet.
