Hi 👋, I'm Akbar Hossain Robin

Software Engineer @Grameen Digital Health


I enjoy using PHP to solve issues. I've worked as a software engineer for more than 6 years. I love building effective and optimized APIs for clients.

My primary responsibility at my present employer is to create, manage, and enhance the API Gateway, which communicates with several microservices via HTTP requests or Rabbitmq. Through the API Gateway, more than 10K active users make requests.


I have the following core skills:

  • PHP for server-side scripting
  • Laravel, Lumen, and Codeigniter as frameworks
  • MySQL and Postgres for structure databases
  • Vanilla JavaScript, Redis, and jQuery for Frontend
  • Git version control
  • Development and Deployment using Docker
