This needs some more clarification:

What precisely is meant by categorial search?
The docs are already organised according to function groups such as preprocessing, analysis, etc. (see tabs on top of the page: https://ag-warscheid.github.io/autoprot/)

So my idea behind this is that we either sort the functions along common terms for data processing in proteomics or give them a sec. search term for further structuring.

E.g.: I want to search for different normalization methods available in autoprot. As of now, I have to know the name of the function or the group where the function is stored. But it would be better to have the search term "normalization" and than VSN, TMM, and all the other are popping up.
