Describe the question
Set is set to have users log in before they can see content.

MOTD shows over the top of login.

How could we configure it so it shows only after the user logs in?

Get the MessageOfTheDay version 2.4 and check the parameter option showToLoggedUsersOnly

all MOYD will only appears to logged users

MOTD plugin appears to be version 2.3 which is the same that I have installed.

I am sorry, you are right, please check it now. you may see version 2.6
