这个功能解决了什么问题

可以同步解决上传完成以后去获取上传的信息。现在只能通过自己复写上传函数才能正常的同步的拿到上传完成的文件信息。

你建议的方案是什么

上传函数返回一个Promise，在resolve 那里给出文件信息，或者可以直接根据绑定的files拿到上传完成的文件信息。
至少需要一个在手动上传的函数里指明已经上传完成的一个状态。主要就是这个状态，方便手动上传有更多的操作。
