Description
As discussed in chat, this is the first act of #178 and acts as the initial conversion from a Class-based component, into a functional one that uses hooks from Redux.
Sanity checking will be needed to make sure it functions the same, but from my checks and lack of errors in dev tools, I believe this is just a slot in replacement.
