Expected Behavior

On Invoice Edit screen add another position where you can place custom fields

Current Behavior

Right now the only position for custom fields is on the right hand side of the Invoice Edit screen

Possible Solution

Edit partial_itemlist_table and see if you can add that position.
It's at the same table row as add Task / add Product
