[Discord] Core provides a simple API for sending message in Discord via WebHooks. See our API and Examples.

Download repository as ZIP archive and unpack him in any directory. Configure need WebHooks in /addons/sourcemod/configs/Discord.cfg and upload Core with config on game server. Load plugin wtih sm plugins load Discord/Core, sm plugins refresh, map changing or server restart. Do not forget install REST in Pawn (we recommend our fork). And done.
