Describe the bug
Following the tutorial https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/developer/java/spring-framework/configure-spring-boot-starter-java-app-with-azure-active-directory-b2c-oidc has a login page with 3 links:

To Reproduce
With the configuration:

It will create a login page with only 1 link:

1-) How can I create the links to profile-edit and password-reset?
2-) How can I customize the login page to use my look and fell?
