Add documentation for vector drawing for Page.GetDrawings #149

In the docs here: https://mupdfnet.readthedocs.io/en/latest/classes/Page.html#Page.GetDrawings

We mention: A coding draft can be found in section “Extractings Drawings” of chapter FAQ. , however we don't have this for .NET

It refers to : https://pymupdf.readthedocs.io/en/latest/recipes-drawing-and-graphics.html#recipesdrawingandgraphics-extract-drawings

and we need to supply the same example for .NET users.
