Spine Barge OPD

Is it a fish? Is it a boat? This barge is built with the skeleton of a huge fish as its frame. Such a unique vessel deserves an appreciative crew… like yours.

Traversing any body of water, be it a river or an ocean, could expose you to the Spine Barge. This multi-use encounter could be set up as both a hostile and friendly entity. The voting mechanism encourages everyone to become involved with the crew. Intrigue between the (current) captain and quartermaster help leverage your own needs... or create a mass mutiny.

My dungeons are made to be system-neutral and setting-neutral, although it is aimed at fantasy roleplaying games using a d20 system. I'm still learning how to make these dungeons exciting, so any feedback is much appreciated!
