Library Thing

Look! An easy way to catalog and share your personal library! I am ridiculously excited about this, really. And, um, only slightly competitive... the current biggest library has 859 books. I have more than that. Easily. Now to just load them all in...

Oh, Katherine! You have made my life perfect! I've been trying to decide if it's worth downloading M3 (what we use at school; the basic version is now free), but this might be even better. A librarian and bibliophile's dream! As if I don't get enough of this all day!

So how are you? Still planning on library school? Or attending? You'll never find a better career. Check out my library's website. Still working on it...finally up and running this summer. Our district is not quite "there" yet with technology.

Oh, this is too funny - Gryphon was showing me "Library Thing" just last night! I won't be using it myself - my Craft Library blog is doing the job for me - but he's been listing his books.

Don't forget, the knitting group at Toadstool Books is Monday night, 7-9 p.m. I'm looking forward to seeing you!
