CONSTITUTIONALITY OF CONDEMNATION PROCEDURES. --Procedures for taking property established by the Georgia Code of Public Transportation are adequate for the protection of the rights of condemnees, and the procedures do not offend the due process clause or the equal protection clause of the federal Constitution or the Georgia Constitution. Coffee v. Atkinson County, 236 Ga. 248, 223 S.E.2d 648 (1976).
