Tim Kreider discovers a new cartoonist on a stamp

Tim Kreider, writing about a disturbing cartoon, discovered a cartoonist on a stamp that was new to me, and probably most people. The cartoonist, Charles Johnson appeared on stamps issued in 1997 by Uganda and Ghana - here"s an article and then another on the series. He was on the stamps for his role as a writer and essayist, not his early cartoonist career.
