Wysoka [vɨˈsɔka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Leśnica, within Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1]
It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north of Leśnica, 10 km (6 mi) south-west of Strzelce Opolskie, and 28 km (17 mi) south-east of the regional capital Opole.
The name of the village is of Polish origin and comes from the word wysoka, which means "high", referring to the elevation of the village.[2][3]
