Wikimedia Serbia for the second time organizes the Wiki Loves Pride project in Serbia. This year the project consists of photographing two parades: Serbian Pride Parade (June 23) and Belgrade Pride (September 16) and organizing Wiki Loves Pride Edit-a-thon.

For the realization of last year’s Wiki Loves Pride project and a positive attitude towards the LGBT population, Wikimedia Serbia was nominated for the “Duga” (eng. Rainbow) Award for 2017/18. The "Duga" Award was established by the Gay Straight Alliance (GSA) in 2013 and is being awarded each year on May 17th - International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia.
