Naming styles are similar, with decimal, then numbers. Main user, Tristan.andrade.136 was indeffed after exhibiting persistent incompetence. There were concerns that the user might be a misguided kid, but I'm not convinced because I've had encounters with other disruptive Missisauga IPs/users here. Andrade's ANI case is here. The user never participated in the ANI and was ultimately indeffed by Yunshui.

What Andrade was known for, was general disregard for any sort of quality. His grammar is poor, he doesn't proofread, he has difficulty spelling common words like "voiced" (always submitted as "vocied") even if the same word appears earlier in the same sentence. He was also warned numerous times for misusing {{flagicon}}. This consistent level of misbehavior is suspicious, and seems more like a vandal is portraying a "character", that of a naif.

Here are some behavioral similarities: Intersection of all three editors. A random flag icon. Hazmat can't nail capitalization. Hazmat "this not the series finale" Hazmat grammar "permiere" and he changed "release" to "relese". A similar edit came from IP 174.91.85.121, who also edited on Andrade's talk page as Andrade. While Slugterra's style is slightly less error prone, both suspected socks are editing articles that Andrade created, and seem to all be focused on Canadian and French children's television series.

Interestingly, one of FanforClarl's socks edited the month-old Rekkit Rabbit article, which too was created by Andrade. Might be a coincidence, but it might be worth looking into. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 21:11, 21 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Another Missisauga IP. Andrade has twice used Missisauga IPs openly after his main account was blocked for persistent incompetence.[1][2]. IP is editing at Blake and the Aliens, which was created by a Tristan sock, List of Slugterra episodes, which was created by a Tristan sock, and Slugterra: Ghoul from Beyond which was also created by a Tristan sock. And so far these are the only places they've edited. Pretty ducky. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 16:52, 13 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

User is pleading multiply that we please ignore his block for incompetent editing, and allow his subsequent contributions via IP. "At least take a bit to see my edit maybe it is not that bad as you always think PLEASE!!" and "at least keep the edit think it over just please KEEEP THE edit!!!!!!!!!" User has demonstrated they cannot be taught, they cannot be mentored, they cannot improve on their own, they cannot be dissuaded with sanctions. What else we got? • Given that they've essentially admitted that they are Tristan.andrade.136 evading their block I have blocked 174.91.85.156 for a couple of weeks. It appears to be somewhat stable as they've returned to it over the past couple of weeks. 70.53.9.248 hasn't been used in nearly a month, so I've left that one be. Although it's frustrating dealing with socks such as this one, WP:RBI is the best way forward. Chances are he'll either tire of having his edits reverted and pursue an unblock through legit channels, or he'll give up entirely.--Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 17:58, 15 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

First of all, this is the first time I have ever edited an SPI page, so please correct me if I have arrived too late or formatted this incorrectly. Anyway, I came across an as-of-yet not blocked account Tristan.andrade (talk) (contribs) who, based on his username and contributions, is a duckpuppet of Tristan.andrade.136 (talk) (contribs). While the account last edited in mid-2013, there would be no harm done in blocking it to prevent a future revival. Passengerpigeon (talk) 05:58, 21 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

User has had at least two other accounts with "136" in the name: Hazmat.136 and the main Tristan.andrade.136 account. And knowing this user's propensity for mistakes, Slugterra.134 was probably intended to be Slugterra.136.

The user was editing from IP 174.91.88.94. I reverted those under for block evasion under WP:RBI , for example here. The fact that this account has sprung up is pretty obviously him/her.

Here they edit Walter and Tandoori, which is a frequent target of Tristan's. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 18:07, 31 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Yet another account appended with ".136" like Hazmat.136, Maurice.136. Slugterra.134 was probably intended to be Slugterra.136, given the user's propensity for mistakes. User was indeffed for incompetence. The edit history of Walter and Tandoori shows edits from several of this user's socks and IPs. User is editing in the world of Canadian children's animation, which is consistent with Tristan, as s/he is presumably a Canadian child. Recent edits include grammatically problematic content like "He has also worked in Canadian Cinema as his Walter and Tandoori's Christmas Film." User's recent contribution at Spyworld contains copy/pasted content in the plot section, that Tristan often used as a crutch. Contribution at Spyworld was also followed by an IP edit that geolocates to Mississauga, Canada, just like all the other Andrade IPs do. That article has only been edited by this sock and the IP. I think this warrants a CheckUser. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:19, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Name formatting is similar to some of the other socks created by user. Name dot number. Brand new account created an article on Sylvain Viau, which Tristan.andrade.136 also created via one of his socks, and which was deleted on October 7, 2014. Typical Tristan misspellings found in this version of the article. Capital "P" in producer, misspelled "execuitve", incoherent prose "who has founded and president Image Entertainment Corporation Inc". No idea how to reach this kid. No CU requested for obvious reasons. IPv6 editor is editing the same narrow swath of articles as Tristan. Walter and Tandoori, Martin Mystery, Image Entertainment Corporation. Same problematic grammar/spelling, "The company is in devoplment of the new Martin Mystery Season 4 with Marathon in Paris." Cyphoidbomb (talk) 20:03, 15 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Editing the same basic stuff. Slugterra-related content, Amazing Spies, Totally Spiez. Team Galaxy (TV series) has at least two known accounts in the edit history here. User creates new Slugterra article here, and of course there's a flag icon in the infobox which was one of many things Tristan couldn't process. In this version of Tristan.andrade.136's user page, we see "Tristan.andrade.136 is a wikipedia user currenly works on trying to do the possible best edits he can do." In this version of CANADAawesome's user page we see "I am a Wikipedia user who is Canadian! I just love Canada and it is the best place to live and visit why not? We have the CN Tower which is one of the wonders of the world it even has a restaurant. I just love on Wikipedia and try my hardest.". Tristan.andrade.136 often quickly created barebones user pages, for example here and here and here and here. Also, there are severe tone/grammar/spelling/caps issues, which was something Tristan was indeffed for: "The first season was set during the clone wars and the second season was set to the Galactic Empire." "However Eli can not control them but Junjie has a idea Eli learn Slugfu." I think it's enough to warrant a look-see. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 04:37, 1 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
