Rechinul would have been past 3RR when doing an extra revert at Călin Georgescu. WP:DUCK is of application.
See [1]. See also the edit summary at [2]. Speaking of edit summaries, none of the suspected WP:SOCKS have used edit summaries when performing the reverts.
Words like bully and dictatorial used about me at Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard#Calin Georgescu remind me of the WP:SOCK Cristina neagu. See e.g. [7]. That's only one example, more can be given, if desired. tgeorgescu (talk) 20:51, 28 November 2024 (UTC)

I don't think it's likely that Rechinul and RomanianUserEU are the same person. Rechinul has signed off a couple of comments with a name, and one with a personal website. I guess they could have constructed all that as a decoy, but I think Rechinul is just someone with unorthodox views. Additionally RomanianUserEU has never, here or on rowiki, posted to a talk page.
