Kkrouni (talk · contribs) I would like to know what all the other users think that I could do to improve how I edit and my conduct, or to tell me what I am doing wrong if you feel that need. Thank you! --Kkrouni 21:08, 6 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Reviews

  • Kkrouni, it's not too often we see someone so soon ask for an Editor Review. I would have to say though, right at the moment, you have a long way to go. I looked at a few of your edits, and the main thing we need to remember is accuracy, verifiability, and relevance (A-V-R for short). In accurate information is bad, unverifiable good information is just as bad, and irrelevant information is worse. However, I would say if you work hard you can become a good contributing editor. Keep in mind you have a long ways to go. I would recommend first reading up on Help:Contents/Policies and guidelines. When you do decide to make an edit, make sure it covers A-V-R. Get a good source, make your edit, if it's reverted (like many of your edits have been), then find a way to make it better and discuss it with others.

My last recommendation would be to edit outside of your userspace for a while. Oh, and be sure to include an edit summary each time! I'll leave a note on your talk page with some more information. CASCADIAHowl/Trail 00:45, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • I would suggest that you make much more Mainspace edits after checking your edit count. About half of your edits were to the userpages and usertalk. I also would suggest spreading WP:Wikilove by giving awards to those who desereve them, smiles and joining the Kindness Campaign. I also strongly reccomend using edit summaries frequently or checking the minor edit box. Also participation in WP:XfD and WP:RfA as well as Editor Reviewing people is strongly reccomended if you want adminship.

Concerning the additional questions:
From looking at your questions I am concerned, especially your response to Speedy delete 5 and Vandalisims 3 and 4. I would suggest looking at WP:notability for speedy delete 5, and studying what is vandalisim for 3 and 4.

Overall you have a long way to go before you can become an famed editor, I would suggest putting yourself up for adoption at Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User for guidance. I will be quite willing to help you. Thanks and I hope that this ER was helpful. Marlith 17:20, 30 July 2007 (UTC) Comments [reply]

Questions

  1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
I really don't have a "favorite edit", but I think that would be my major edits to my User and Talk pages
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Well after that incident where I was a convicted sockpuppet (but found innocent, thankfuly) I was pretty stressed, but I usually have very little Wikistress.

Additional Questions from Marlith

Borrowed from Glen (talk · contribs), I'm sure he wont mind. These should test you editing skills, and show if you have any weaknesses which you can work on. So, just write your answer next to the Question. Good luck.

Speedy Delete or not:

  1. CSD1 Delete, Notability and not a social networking site
  2. CSD2 Keep, could be a proper article about a company
  3. CSD3 Delete, Notabitlity and Advetising
  4. CSD4 Delete, Pure nonsense
  5. CSD5 Keep, could be a proper article about a band.

Vandalism or or not:

  1. [1] Yes.
  2. [2] Yes.
  3. [3] Qestionable, on first glance vandalism but then again people make weird newspapers, also it's not in linked form so probable no.
  4. [4] Seemingly reasonable, but undeterminable status. No opinion.
  5. [5] Obvious yes, changing out of proper English is vandalism when that's the only part of an edit.
  6. [6] Not true, but not totaly false, it depends exactly what you're talking about. Sunkern gets more exp. from battles with pokemon it's level but it fairs better against pokemon with a significantly lower level.
