[7] - a news piece interspersed with interview, originating in Ottawa Citizen.
[8] and [9] are the same. The first one in Fort Worth Star-Telegram is the original; I would rate it as a sigcov review; the text also covers a Faith Popcorn book
[10] - this article is about the publisher, mentioning TLIW
[11] - short review in four sentences
[12] - ad
