The subject does not appear to satisfy basic notability criteria. Searching for his name on google returns several results for different people with the same name, but nothing about the author, and searching for the book series returns almost nothing (2 results for Icky Doo Dah and 4 for Mokee Joe, the latter focusing on the subject's father, Peter J.
