This article is half about a figure in history, Peter Crippen, and half about his house. However, there is no significant coverage for Crippen under WP:GNG or WP:NBIO. Coverage for the house is limited to the state historic preservation nomination form, but the house does not appear to actually be listed on any state or national registers (yet), making it ineligible under WP:NBUILDING. The nomination form itself may be considered a secondary source under WP:GNG, but it is based on primary sources and two unpublished manuscripts on file at a state office; we need multiple secondary sources. I propose to draftify as an AtD, particularly if the building receives designation on the National Register in the near future. Dclemens1971 (talk) 15:05, 19 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
