Delete Fails WP:GNG and WP:ORG. I found one passing reference in this article. I couldn't find other reliable mentions and the one passing mention I did find is far from sufficient to support notability. Geoff | ^{Who, me?} 17:23, 30 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
