- Delete as I found nothing better. SwisterTwister talk 08:01, 15 November 2015 (UTC)
- Do Not Delete as I am an author who is personally contracted to write a book detailing the life and history of Jorge Alberto Rodriguez. I know him personally and his story is very much real. He was arrested by U.S. Customs on 06 July 1990 in Tallahassee, Florida. He went to trial in the U.S. Federal Court in Tallahassee on 18 October 1990 and was found guilty on 21 October 1990. What more references are needed to verify his name and existence? Elizabethcastro talk 09:21, 17 November 2015 (UTC)
- The kind of references that can actually be verified. None of the references provided are verifiable. Does claiming to know him personally violate wikipedia's policy of a conflict of interest?, Kigali1 talk 13:16, 18 November 2015 (UTC)
- Potential keep -- If true, the subject must have been notorious. The Cali cartel certainly were, though the identify of is members was less well-known. It ought not to be difficult to find reliable sources from newspaper reports of his arrest and trial. When the book is published, no doubt it also can be cited.
