- Very regretful delete - This man appears to be a prisoner of conscience and if I could save the article I would. The issue appears to be a dearth of instances of actual WP:SIGCOV. Possibly FA-language editors can do a better job that I? But sweeping through the GNews hits for his name in Perisan using machine translation doesn't turn anything up.
