I request to restore Wikipedia page of Hanmant Ramdas Gaikwad. I am aware of Mr.Hanmantrao R Gaikwad and ready to provide required information from credible source. I agree, there might be content on his wiki page which is might be promotional, So we can remove that promotional content and restore page but deleting complete page is very harsh.

I request to restore Wikipedia page of Hanmant Ramdas Gaikwad. I agree, there might be content on his wiki page which is might be promotional or not supported by credible RS or might be violating Wikipedia guideline, So we can remove that content and restore page. Deleting complete page is very harsh.

Delete - First, the subject does not meet the notability criteria as there is a lack of substantial coverage from multiple, independent sources indicating sufficient notability to include in an Encyclopaedia. Second, the article is written in a manner is not neutral, and it does not appear that there is a way to re-write the content to make it neutral given it's entire purpose appears to be promoting the subject. Delete Most RS is not mentioning him directly, it's about the company. He's got a number of awards (which I am not familiar with), but his notability is not really supported by the RS.
