Delete There's no evidence he meets WP:NKICK or WP:GNG. His title was not from a major organization and I see nothing to show WP:GNG is met. Sadly, the best coverage I saw that wasn't just reporting results, was a pre-fight promotional article from a weekly local paper (and that was part interview).
