Keep Appears to meet WP:NFOOTBALL. According to the external link he has played in Ascenso MX, which is listed as a fully professional league. Also through some Google searching and the link provided appears he played in Liga MX for Puebla F.C. (see [1]). Page needs major improvement, but looks keep to me.
