Delete Article substantially same as when it was written in 2007 by CarlosMG who may be associated with the subject. Searched by name and also searched the various publications and unattested awards, and found nothing of note. This appears to be a vanity page. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 18:44, 11 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
