Article's subject appears to lack genuine notability. Awards received are not themselves notable, degrees earned irrelevant, being inspector general of bangladesh police sounds important but even this only comes from what is essentially an obituary (i.e., WP:ROUTINE. Delete - You do have valid points. It is hard to find non obituary articles who was alive before 2002 in bangladeshi newspapers. Further search only revealed more death anniversary articles both in English and Bengali. Besides only Abul Khair Muslehuddin Foundation publishes the press release. So, yes, we should delete this article.Altaf (talk) 19:36, 13 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
