Draft Feedback
[edit]Here are some more suggestions before taking your article live.
I would try to find a different definition for youth-- take a look at the definitions some of your classmates are using, most of them have an age range. We talked about fixing references, so that's something you'll just want to double check before you go live. If you're going to hyperlink type of sports to other wikipedia pages, make sure you do it consistently. In other words, if you do it to one, you should do it to all sports. Also, try to cut down the wordiness of the subsection headings-- you don't need to include things in the title of subsections that your article title already sort of addresses.

Feedback for gender in youth sports draft
[edit]Hi Qwertyp23.
It looks as if another student is/was also working on the Gender in youth sports article this term. They've added three paragraphs to the 'Participation of gender in youth sports' section and some references. I'm not sure how well that will mesh with the changes that you've already made in your draft, but you'll want to be sure that you incorporate their work when you take your draft live. Let me know if you need help with this (I could just add their changes to your draft if that works for you).
Here's some feedback for your current draft:
- Thank you for adding a lead section. If you're going to retain the quoted definition of youth, it should have a source.
- Citations should be provided where there are Citation needed templates.
- Your images need to be re-captioned.
That's all I have for now. Let me know if you would like clarification or if you need any help. Gobōnobō c 17:38, 19 November 2013 (UTC)
