Well, it doesn't seem to be very consistently enforced, but I think it's fairly common for dictionary definitions to end with a period. Being a complete sentence is probably optional. Also, you're a to-do list! --MZMcBride (talk) 21:10, 30 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
