Revert
[edit]Hi, Why you reverted my recent edit made to the article Prithviraj Sukumaran ?. As you can see there is no article on Wikipedia mentioning Sukumaran as Sukumaran Nair. It is a well-known fact as well as referenced that he was simply known by the name Sukumaran rather than Sukumaran Nair. Outlander07@talk 09:32, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
Do not revert referenced edits blatantly as you did here. Outlander07@talk 10:25, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
Hello Luciapop -- Welcome! I've declined your speedy request on ABZY Cool because A7 only applies in a very limited set of circumstances -- mainly people, companies/organisations (but not schools), web content, and organised events -- and can't be applied to other classes of article, including television channels or products. Additionally the article must make no credible claims of significance at all (even if completely unsourced); in this case, producing two shows with articles would count as a claim. The details are at WP:A7. Regards, Espresso Addict (talk) 16:47, 26 January 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Hello Luciapop, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I contested the speedy deletion of User:HedgeFundJohn, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: I do not see how this is promotional in nature. It is perfectly acceptable to have a short introduction about oneself on one's user page. . You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. William Beauchamp page
[edit]Hi Lucia!
I found this article you accepted and loved it, I think it would be great to see more articles like it. It seems like a lot of the wiki-editors are quite biased against younger people, I've written an article about a really nice human who went to my school. I'm from a disadvantaged background, so it really means a lot to some of us from Weston-Super-Mare to have an example we can look at and feel included. I've worked really hard to get it accepted, but feel like a lot of editors are just ignoring me. It would make me so happy to get this accepted. I even added a bunch of references since last input from an editor. I really hope you could accept this article?

Autopatrolled granted
[edit]Hi Luciapop, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the "autopatrolled" permission to your account, as you have created numerous, valid articles. This feature will have no effect on your editing, and is simply intended to reduce the workload on new page patrollers. For more information on the autopatrolled right, see Wikipedia:Autopatrolled. However, you should consider adding relevant wikiproject talk-page templates, stub-tags and categories to new articles that you create if you aren't already in the habit of doing so, since your articles will no longer be systematically checked by other editors (User:Evad37/rater and User:SD0001/StubSorter.js are useful scripts which can help). Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! Go Phightins! 02:26, 13 March 2021 (UTC)
Tall Fatou Souko
[edit]Hey there! I really like your new page for Tall Fatou Souko, but it needs a little bit of tidying - in particular the final paragraph, where the first sentence needs clarification. Plus that paragraph needs some references! Thanks for creating the page, if know of any further sources than the three you list, please do add them too. Speedy deletion nomination of Parsiq
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Parsiq, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. [edit]Draft: Aditya Tiwari
[edit]Hi,
I created this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Aditya_Tiwari with more references. The earlier version of this page was approved. However, it was speedily deleted as a recreation of the article that was up at AFD.
I request you to kindly look into it and help me revive the page.
This writer, author, and activist has brought about significant change in the queer space in a country like India, where “queer rights” are a lot more necessary and required. This page qualifies and should be included on Wikipedia because this person has sufficient notability to be here. Tiwari is now far more notable as of February 2021.

Draft: Vecteezy Notability Requirements
[edit]Hello Luciapop, thank you for reviewing Draft:Vecteezy. Can you help me understand why this was denied for lack of notability? To clarify, Inc and Forbes are cited with dedicated press on this topic. These are major bonafide publishers. Additionally, local newspapers and an educational institution have published about it. One source quantifies that 70 people earn a living as employees of this business. All of these are legitimate, unbiased sources with significant reach. I want to make sure I understand why this was denied so I can fix the issue moving forward. Thank you in advance! Expressive101 (talk) 19:36, 9 September 2021 (UTC)
Hello Epressive101, It was declined because sources cited are not reliable. The source from Forbes is considered unreliable because it was written by a contributor not a staff. Other sources are PR spin for the company. To establish notability you need to cite reliable independent secondary sources. Luciapop (talk) 04:20, 10 September 2021 (UTC)
Ok thanks for clarifying that user:Luciapop. I'm still not sure I understand though. Looking at similar topics, the majority of sources cited for articles like Shutterstock and 123RF for example are not "reliable independent secondary sources." They appear to be PR or owned channels (for example, the website of the topic itself). Why is it permissible in those cases? I appreciate the feedback - this is helpful. Expressive101 (talk) 14:10, 11 September 2021 (UTC)
Hello Expressive101, each page or article created is treated on its own individual merit. Luciapop (talk) 05:40, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
A kitten for you!
Multumesc tare mult, o zi insorita!

December 2021
[edit]Hello Luciapop. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Luciapop. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Luciapop|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 19:43, 19 December 2021 (UTC)
