April 2022
Your edits at 2022 Invasion of Ukraine article. You mention being active at Wikimedia Commons and I was wondering if you could have someone look at updating the animation map of the invasion. The current one only goes to March 24 and is almost 2 weeks old. Can someone update it? ErnestKrause (talk) 16:19, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
- In all honesty, I wouldn't know whom to ask, but if you take a look at the history of the file, I feel confident these editors have access to the correct information. Sorry I cannot help you in a better way. Cheers. Lotje (talk) 16:25, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
Administrators' newsletter – April 2022
News and updates for administrators from the past month (March 2022).
- An RfC is open proposing a change to the minimum activity requirements for administrators.
- Access to Special:RevisionDelete has been expanded to include users who have the
deletelogentry
anddeletedhistory
rights. This means that those in the Researcher user group and Checkusers who are not administrators can now access Special:RevisionDelete. The users able to view the special page after this change are the 3 users in the Researcher group, as there are currently no checkusers who are not already administrators. (T301928) - When viewing deleted revisions or diffs on Special:Undelete a back link to the undelete page for the associated page is now present. (T284114)
- Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Procedures § Opening of proceedings has been updated to reflect current practice following a motion.
- A arbitration case regarding Skepticism and coordinated editing has been closed.
- A arbitration case regarding WikiProject Tropical Cyclones has been opened.
- Voting for the Universal Code of Conduct Enforcement guidelines has closed, and the results were that 56.98% of voters supported the guidelines. The results of this vote mean the Wikimedia Foundation Board will now review the guidelines.
Love is blind image in Idiom
I added a clarify tag to an image (Love is blind) you added to the article Idiom almost eight years ago. I don't understand how that image is relevant to that section of that article, or to the article itself, and your edit summary didn't explain it. The phrase "love is blind" may be an idiom, but since the article doesn't mention it, the image is more distracting than helpful to me. Other readers may be likewise puzzled, so maybe you could add something to establish the image's relevance. Thanks. —8.9.93.141 (talk) 21:58, 11 April 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you, 8.9.93.141 for taking a closer look at this edit of mine. You are correct: it is hard to understand the relevance without a descent description. Would Donato Barcaglia's impression of the proverbial_phrase love is blind be suitable to subscribe it? I noticed that even on the German Wikipedia no description has been added to the image . On the other hand, this might put the reader in the full picture and could replace the actual image. Cheers. Lotje (talk) 04:58, 12 April 2022 (UTC)
When Marchjuly (talk · contribs) suggested starting a discussion at WP:FFD they meant starting a new entry specific to that image on that page, which has a little bit of process to it just so that we can try and keep things straight. You can read the how-to at Wikipedia:Files_for_discussion#Listing_a_file, or if you'd like me to I can start a discussion there for you and just post the link for you to join in. VernoWhitney (talk) 14:30, 15 April 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you VernoWhitney, I think that is a splendid idea, I mean, if you would be so kind as to start a discussion. I am not very familiar with these kind of discussions and also, there is this language barrier I am struggling with constantly. Lotje (talk) 15:04, 15 April 2022 (UTC)
- I've gotten the posting started -- you can go to Wikipedia:Files for discussion/2022 April 15#File:Hermann Julius Hoefle mug shot 1961.jpg and comment there. I'm afraid I can't help much with the language barrier, but if you can go to that page and explain what you mean by "things have changed a lot recently... and the world might never be the same again" and how that might help the use of the Hermann Höfle image in List of major perpetrators of the Holocaust meet the requirements of Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria, that would be greatly appreciated. VernoWhitney (talk) 15:13, 15 April 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you VernoWhitney for your help. I will give it a try. Lotje (talk) 15:35, 15 April 2022 (UTC)

Bad reference replacements
Here is the diff - several old astronautix.com pages now forward to 404 page, so we have archived versions in the references. That's okay. Replacing the old link with a hard link to the 404 page, as the script did, is not the right approach. --mfb (talk) 14:26, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
- Sorry mfg, don't quite understand what you mean, can you explain further? Thanks. Lotje (talk) 14:29, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
- The added http://www.astronautix.com/4/404page.html as reference URL is wrong (and the added title is wrong, too). The referenced page never existed there and never will. It would be better to keep the old (dead) URL with the correct title in the reference, in addition to the archived version of it. --mfb (talk) 14:39, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
- I undid it, but what happens to all of those I ask myself. Lotje (talk) 14:44, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
- If we have an archived version it's probably fine, but it's a larger problem. At least 2100 articles reference it, most of them with outdated links. I checked a few and the articles are still available, but under a new URL with no predictable pattern. An archived version could be added by bots, updating the link automatically is probably not feasible. --mfb (talk) 02:25, 11 April 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks Mfb what would you do with the (dead) link to www.nps.gov in the article of Karel Bossart? Lotje (talk) 05:44, 11 April 2022 (UTC)
- Found an archived version and added it. I started a bot request for the astronautix links. --mfb (talk) 14:03, 11 April 2022 (UTC)

Beste Lotje,
Dankjewel!

Administrators' newsletter – October 2022
News and updates for administrators from the past month (September 2022).
- Following an RfC, consensus was found that if the rationale for a block depends on information that is not available to all administrators, that information should be sent to the Arbitration Committee, a checkuser or an oversighter for action (as applicable, per ArbCom's recent updated guidance) instead of the administrator making the block.
- Following an RfC, consensus has been found that, in the context of politics and science, the reliability of FoxNews.com is unclear and that additional considerations apply to its use.
- Community comment on the revised Universal Code of Conduct enforcement guidelines is requested until 8 October.
- The Articles for creation helper script now automatically recognises administrator accounts which means your name does not need to be listed at WP:AFCP to help out. Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Administrators' newsletter – December 2022
News and updates for administrators from the past month (November 2022).
- Consensus has been found in an RfC to automatically place RfAs on hold after one week.
- The article creation at scale RfC has been closed.
- An RfC on the banners for the December 2022 fundraising campaign has been closed.
- A new preference named "Enable limited width mode" has been added to the Vector 2022 skin. The preference is also shown as a toggle on every page if your monitor is 1600 pixels or wider. When disabled it removes the whitespace added by Vector 2022 on the left and right of the page content. Disabling this preference has the same effect as enabling the wide-vector-2022 gadget. (T319449)
- Eligible users are invited to vote on candidates for the Arbitration Committee until 23:59 December 12, 2022 (UTC). Candidate statements can be seen here.
- The proposed decision for the 2021-22 review of the discretionary sanctions system is open.
- The arbitration case Reversal and reinstatement of Athaenara's block has been closed.
- The arbitration case Stephen has been opened and the proposed decision is expected 1 December 2022.
- A motion has modified the procedures for contacting an admin facing Level 2 desysop.
- Tech tip: A single IPv6 connection usually has access to a "subnet" of 18 quintillion IPs. Add
/64
to the end of an IP in Special:Contributions to see all of a subnet's edits, and consider blocking the whole subnet rather than an IP that may change within a minute.

Contentious topics procedure adopted
You are receiving this message because you are subscribed to updates on the Arbitration Committee's discretionary sanctions review process.
The Arbitration Committee has concluded the 2021-22 review of the contentious topics system (formerly known as discretionary sanctions), and its final decision is viewable at the revision process page. As part of the review process, the Arbitration Committee has resolved by motion that:
The above proposals that are supported by an absolute majority of unrecused active arbitrators are hereby enacted. The drafting arbitrators (CaptainEek, L235, and Wugapodes) are directed to take the actions necessary to bring the proposals enacted by this motion into effect, including by amending the procedures at WP:AC/P and WP:AC/DS. The authority granted to the drafting arbitrators by this motion expires one month after enactment.
The Arbitration Committee thanks all those who have participated in the 2021-22 discretionary sanctions review process and all who have helped bring it to a successful conclusion. This motion concludes the 2021-22 discretionary sanctions review process.
This motion initiates a one-month implementation period for the updates to the contentious topics system. The Arbitration Committee will announce when the initial implementation of the Committee's decision has concluded and the amendments made by the drafting arbitrators in accordance with the Committee's decision take effect. Any editors interested in the implementation process are invited to assist at the implementation talk page, and editors interested in updates may subscribe to the update list.

New Article
Hi Lotje Not been in touch for a while, hope you are well and cheery. Could I ask, do you know if Theroadislong is OK? I ask, as I've just written a new draft article, 'Draft:Sottish Castles Restoration Projects'. I asked Theroadislong for his opinion on a first draft and he was in general agreement that it was an appropriate subject. I've written three articles before and he approved them all, straightaway. But this one he said I should put it up for Review! (which I've done) Is he much less active or something? Hope you don't mind me asking. Best wishes Ross ArchaicW (talk) 16:36, 23 February 2023 (UTC)
- @ArchaicW: sorry, I couldn't tell you, but did you actually @ArchaicW: him? Cheers Lotje (talk) 16:47, 23 February 2023 (UTC)
- @ArchaicW: Now it is like I would do it. If you don't like it, just revert :-) Cheers. Lotje (talk) 17:31, 23 February 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Lotje! Brilliant, thank you! I actually thought that list would be better in a table, but trying to master the intricacies of Wikipedia's MarkUp AND VusualEditor languages was quite beyond me for one project! Indeed, I cannot think why they don't scrap BOTH of them and use say LibreOffice, which I use for word processing all the time - I can throw together a table in that language in a minute! Anyway, that is good. I think I might make the image a wee bit smaller, and of course add a few more images of the Castles as available on Wikimedia Commons - feel free! Thank you - hope you thought the article was interesting as well. Ross ArchaicW (talk) 21:08, 23 February 2023 (UTC)
- Yes indeed - that was partly what puzzled me, as I had been in touch with him several times before. But if you don't know of any reason, not a problem. I'll just wait and hope to get a sympathetic Editor. Thanks for reply. Ross ArchaicW (talk) 21:13, 23 February 2023 (UTC)
- @ArchaicW: you are very welcome :-) Lotje (talk) 06:42, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
- @ArchaicW: Theroadislong is back in town, alive and kicking. Lotje (talk) 05:37, 25 February 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Lotje! Thanks for that info - maybe he'll have another look at the 'Scottish Castles' draft article, as I can hardly ask him again! I'll send a longer message to you later, as I've another project you might be interested in, but I'm busy at the moment - with some DIY! Ross ArchaicW (talk) 12:07, 25 February 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Lotje Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday - DIY took longer than expected! Thanks for letting me know that Theroadislong is in business. Perhaps if he has been on holiday and is refreshed he might look favourably on the ‘Scottish Castles’ draft!
- However, I’m actually writing about another project which I have done a bit of work on but not finished. During WW1 there was a terrible railway accident here in Scotland when a large number of soldiers were killed at a place called Quintinshill near Gretna.
- It’s all very fully described in a Wikipedia article, ‘Quintinshill rail disaster’. One thing missing is the names of all the soldiers who died. Typing them all out would be quite a task. There is a Memorial here in Edinburgh and I thought to photograph the two halves of the Memorial and the ten individual panels with the names with the intention to add them to the Article.
- I got the first part done, high quality images where all the names are easily readable, ages ago. Then I put all the images up on W Commons more recently. What I haven't done is put them into a gallery on the Article site – yet again, I looked at creating a gallery and thought this is just too difficult!
- Would you be interested in sharing this project and putting up the images? If you would with your knowledge I’d be very grateful - but if not, it’s not a problem.
- On Wikipedia, the Article is entitled ‘Quintinshill rail disaster’. All 12 images are on Wikipedia Commons if you search for ‘Gretna Memorial’.
- They are named as:
- Gretna Memorial, Rosebank Cemetery (1.0) Panel Left Main
- Gretna Memorial, Rosebank Cemetery (1.1) Panel Left One
- Gretna Memorial, Rosebank Cemetery (1.2) Panel Left Two
- Gretna Memorial, Rosebank Cemetery (1.3) Panel Left Three
- Gretna Memorial, Rosebank Cemetery (1.4) Panel Left Four
- Gretna Memorial, Rosebank Cemetery (1.5) Panel Left Five
- Gretna Memorial, Rosebank Cemetery (2.0) Panel Right Main
- Gretna Memorial, Rosebank Cemetery (2.1) Panel Right One
- Gretna Memorial, Rosebank Cemetery (2.2) Panel Right Two
- Gretna Memorial, Rosebank Cemetery (2.3) Panel Right Three
- Gretna Memorial, Rosebank Cemetery (2.4) Panel Right Four
- Gretna Memorial, Rosebank Cemetery (2.5) Panel Right Five
- I did this numbering very carefully, as I thought it would keep them together and in order, but for some reason it didn't quite work, but they are all there.
- Right at the end of the Article, there is a section called ‘Memorials’, with three photographs. I thought the images of the panels could go under these, with the whole ‘Panel Left Main’ picture centred, then the five left close-up panels in a row below.
- It’s important that the panels are in the right order, that is one to five, as that is how they are on the Memorial itself, with Officers first(!) then all the names in alphabetical order. Then below that the whole ‘Panel Right Main’ photo, then again the panel right close-ups.
- If you put them up in that order, I could then add some text as appropriate. If you feel like doing that, it would be great, no hurry of course, but if not, think nothing of it.
- Very best wishes Ross ArchaicW (talk) 15:36, 26 February 2023 (UTC)
- Hello ArchaicW imo a gallery page on Commons would be the best solution. I made an example in my sandbox. Thanks for your comments. Lotje (talk) 16:47, 26 February 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Lotje Thanks for getting back to me so promptly - sounds as if you think that this info is a good idea. Not sure how to view your sandbox? However, I really would like to put this into the main Article on Wikipedia itself? I think I once read somewhere that too many photos on Articles is not encouraged, but I have seen quite a few and I think in this case the images of the panels would be more likely to be viewed than if you have to leave the main site? Would that be OK? Thanks Ross ArchaicW (talk) 17:52, 26 February 2023 (UTC)
- @ArchaicW: to view my Sandbox (pardon the mess). I leave it up to you {{smiley, feel free to do what you think
- would to be best for the reader. Cheers Lotje (talk) 20:51, 26 February 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Lotje Thanks - I've had a look at your sandbox. I'll have a play around on my sandbox and let you know what I come up with (but it might be a day or two). PS How do I make a link from my message to my sandbox so that you can see it!! Ross ArchaicW (talk) 12:32, 27 February 2023 (UTC)

- My goodness, Lotje - you have been busy! Just looked at the 'Draft: Scottish Castles Restoration Projects' and I see you improved all the references and added images of all the 'Case Studies' etc. Great improvement! Would you like to now ask Theroadislong if he would like to approve the article! Cheers Ross (I'm working on the Gallery idea in my Sandbox) ArchaicW (talk) 17:32, 28 February 2023 (UTC)
- @ArchaicW: since you cvreated the article, imo the honor is all yours :-) Lotje (talk) 17:36, 28 February 2023 (UTC)
- OK! I'll have another go at him! (Very politely) Ross ArchaicW (talk) 17:46, 28 February 2023 (UTC)
- Gretna Memorial Think I have managed to lay out the images as I had in mind. I put the whole panel image in just as a single centered photo, then below that I created a Gallery of five spaces in a row for the panels, narrowing in the default to 80 units instead of 120. (NB NOT useable like this, as no text and just random five panels.) Do you think this would work incorporated into the Article? Would it maintain the relative positions and ratios on different computer screens? See if you can have a look Many thanks Ross ArchaicW (talk) 17:56, 28 February 2023 (UTC)
- I changed it on my sandbox :-) Lotje (talk) 21:33, 28 February 2023 (UTC)
- Yes, that looks as if you have set it up as I did. Only thing, when I changed the scale on my screen, it went from five across to four and one below! Do you think that is just something that happens when using a Gallery, or can you 'freeze' it somehow? Ross ArchaicW (talk) 12:43, 1 March 2023 (UTC)
- Depends on the <gallery widths="80" perrow=5">
- perrow= 5 --> means 5 images in a row
- perrow= 4 --> means 4 images in a row
- perrow= 3 --> means 3 images in a row
- perrow= 2 --> means 2 images in a row
- Hope that answers your question. cheers Lotje (talk) 13:05, 1 March 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Lotje OK, I think you have set this up in Markup language, as against the Visual Editor (which I used?) See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Gallery_tag. If you set it up as 'perrow= 5', it will hold the five images in the row? Is that correct, do you think? Ross ArchaicW (talk) 18:02, 1 March 2023 (UTC)
- Hello ArchaicW, yes, that is how I did it. perrow=5: the word says is: per row 5 Cheers Lotje (talk) 06:01, 2 March 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Lotje
- CASTLES Had another look at this, your idea of putting the 'before' and 'after' photos together a very good one, but could perhaps both be a bit bigger? I see you have put them in as a Gallery, so better adjusted in Markup? Also, thought the plans image was a bit too big, so made that smaller, hope you agree.
- GRETNA MEMORIAL Now we've got a good layout, would you be prepared to put them up in the Article as I suggested before, now way up this page! One problem is making sure they are in the right order, that is, left panel main, then small panels, left one to five, etc. I could then add a bit of text as necessary. But if you are not happy doing it, not a problem. Best wishes Ross ArchaicW (talk) 12:25, 2 March 2023 (UTC)
- Hello ArchaicW the size/gallery on the Draft:Scottish Castles Restoration Projects have been changed.
- As to your question with respect to the Quintinshill rail disaster, I suggest you put your question forward on the Talk:Quintinshill rail disaster, the talk page for discussing improvements to the Quintinshill rail disaster article. Cheers. Lotje (talk) 04:45, 3 March 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks, Lotje. I'll be in touch Ross ArchaicW (talk) 10:21, 3 March 2023 (UTC)
- DRAFT:CASTLES Hi Lotje I see you've been 'watching' the Draft: Castles! I'm a bit bemused, as Theroadislong initially indicated that (quote) an article on the subject would be acceptable on Wikipedia, but he's twice now said the draft reads too much like an essay. Hence I am still editing out the phrases that I assume he does not like! Ross ArchaicW (talk) 16:30, 6 March 2023 (UTC)
- Hello ArchaicW, yes, that is how I did it. perrow=5: the word says is: per row 5 Cheers Lotje (talk) 06:01, 2 March 2023 (UTC)

reFill 2
I noticed an edit of filling in a bare reference, and that you're using reFill 2 (or at least the edit was marked that way). I'm not familiar with that particular tool, so I'm not sure if this is part of the tool or a manual part of the edit, but the edit here [1] was not completely valid. There was no pipe "|" character in between the website and access-dates params. It was entered like this: |website=www.grittv.comaccessdate=March 16, 2023
. ButlerBlog (talk) 18:03, 16 March 2023 (UTC)
- Thank you Butlerblog for your attention. the fact is, the mistake was all mine because I added the website afterwards an omitted to ad the pipe characther. Cheers Lotje (talk) 05:29, 17 March 2023 (UTC)
- No problem!! That's kind of why I reached out - I wasn't sure if it was an issue with the tool or what, so I just wanted to make sure you knew about it in case it was. ButlerBlog (talk) 18:03, 17 March 2023 (UTC)

- Following an RfC, editors indefinitely site-banned by community consensus will now have all rights, including sysop, removed.
- As a part of the Wikimedia Foundation's IP Masking project, a new policy has been created that governs the access to temporary account IP addresses. An associated FAQ has been created and individual communities can increase the requirements to view temporary account IP addresses.
- Bot operators and tool maintainers should schedule time in the coming months to test and update their tools for the effects of IP masking. IP masking will not be deployed to any content wiki until at least October 2023 and is unlikely to be deployed to the English Wikipedia until some time in 2024.
- The arbitration case World War II and the history of Jews in Poland has been closed. The topic area of Polish history during World War II (1933-1945) and the history of Jews in Poland is subject to a "reliable source consensus-required" contentious topic restriction.
- Following a community referendum, the arbitration policy has been modified to remove the ability for users to appeal remedies to Jimbo Wales.

Scottish Castles
Hi Lotje! Still trying to get this Scottish Castles Draft accepted - but nobody will look at it! Or if they have, they see Theroadislong's comments and will not touch it. I just don't understand this. First of all he indicated that he thought the article was OK, then he comes up with this 'essay' stuff, (which I beleive is now totally edited out). But I must say I think it is most unfair of him to say that he is declining to review it, then to add that it "feels like an essay". Do you know any other reviewers who might be more in sympathy with this article? Many thanks, hope you are well Ross ArchaicW (talk) 16:58, 12 June 2023 (UTC)
- Hello ArchaicW, I am very well Thank you for asking. Don't know how to tackle this, but if it where on the Dutch Wikipedia, I would go the the Dutch version of the Village pump.Since you have a Teahouse and a Help desk, I guess you could bring your question forward to the attention on one of both. Have you tried the reviewing possibilities? I also noticed the Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Reviewing instructions. I very much hope you succeed in your endeavour, cause imho it is a subject/article like the Castles in Portugal. Don't understand why there is the redirect from Castles in Scotland. So sorry I cannot be of any better help to you. Cheers. Lotje (talk) 04:43, 13 June 2023 (UTC)
- Dear Lotje
- Thank you very much for your very helpful ideas - I'm not very good at all the different way you can do things in Wikipedia, just have the occasional idea for an article! I see 'DIYeditor' has had a look and made a suggestion for the title - I do hope he/she will have a further look and possibly suggest and pinpoint anything else they feel needs done to get the draft article accepted. Thanks and best wishes Ross ArchaicW (talk) 12:04, 13 June 2023 (UTC)

- @DIYeditor:, only me again, mixed it up, it is the Draft:Scottish Castles Restoration Projects which might (maybe) need a closer look at. Thanks Lotje (talk) 09:42, 13 June 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks, I made comment on the draft's talk page about the title's formatting. I don't have time to take an in depth look at the draft at this time beyond the title. —DIYeditor (talk) 09:54, 13 June 2023 (UTC)

Interface administrator changes
- The tag filter on Special:NewPages and revision history pages can now be inverted. This allows hiding edits made by automated tools. (T334338)
- Special:BlockedExternalDomains is a new tool that allows easier blocking of plain domains (and their subdomains). This is more easily searchable and is faster for the software to use than the existing MediaWiki:Spam-blacklist. It does not support regex (for complex cases), URL path-matching, or the MediaWiki:Spam-whitelist. (T337431)
- The arbitration cases named Scottywong and AlisonW closed 10 July and 16 July respectively.
- The SmallCat dispute arbitration case is in the workshop phase.
commonscatinline
Can you help me understand why are you replacing on many pages the already existing and functioning commons category link boxes with "commonscatinline"? Thanks, -- Ooligan (talk) 03:26, 11 August 2023 (UTC)
- Hello Ooligan, replacing the commonscat by the commonscatinline has to do with the fact the external link section is very short or, when it is hanging somehow "lost" (immediately) under the infobox. Hoping this is helpful to you. Cheers. Lotje (talk) 05:20, 11 August 2023 (UTC)

Corinth Canal
Hi - I hope this will not be a bother to you, and I apologize that I do not know the editing processes and all that insiders do (thanks!) on Wikipedia.
I was reading the article Corinth Canal, and you are the latest person to edit it, so that is why I'm hoping that you can lead to some necessary corrections there.
I see some definite contradictions on the width and navigation maximum of the canal, when comparing: - 1st paragraph in Overview states 24.6 metres. - 1st paragraph in Layout agrees. - 2nd paragraph in Layout states that the canal "can accommodate ships only of a width up to 17.6 metres... - ... then the very next sentence states that "a 22.5 metres...wide cruise ship successfully traversed the canal"
I hope that you can find the correct information or contact someone who can do so.
Kind regards. 96.230.88.32 (talk) 01:55, 10 November 2023 (UTC)
- Hello anonymous user, thank you for your vigilance . My guess is that, after the reopening of the canal, the max. size of ships allowed through the canal is 17 meters.. But to make sure, I'll ask George E. Koronaios who might be able to find the exact information since the reopening of the canal. Lotje (talk) 05:25, 10 November 2023 (UTC)
- Good morning, Lotje. The Canal is currently closed and will be open again between February and March. I have just made a phone call to the company responsible for the Canal. For more information, you can always check their website (https://corinthcanal.com/). This is also the link of the liveview map of the Canal (https://corinthcanal.com/live-κίνηση/). Cheers! George E.
