Thank you

Hi. :) I just wanted to give you the official welcome (even though your familiarity with complex markup suggests you may not be a first-timer) and thank you so much particularly for your edits to Body piercing. :) Considering the number of people who read it every day (generally 2,300), I think that's a pretty important article on Wikipedia. I appreciate your improvements, and I hope to see you around! --Moonriddengirl (talk) 11:13, 20 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent move of Radicular cyst

[edit]

Please don't copy paste move. IE copy Radicular cyst to Periapical cyst and redirect it. Use the move feature beside the edit box. If it's not there then that means it is move locked and must be discussed in the discussion bored. If there's an error involved due to the the fact you can't move it into the new page contact an admin and they'll do it. As this is the case now since you created Periapical cyst I have undid the copy paste redirect and asked an admin to do it.--Everyone Dies In the End (talk) 15:37, 12 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about the rollback, but I didn't find that in the references. Is it really always awarded by the Prime Minister of Israel? Or is it presented by him in a cerimonial way. Chrisrus (talk) 08:00, 26 December 2011 (UTC) Indeed, the President of Israel (not the PM) personally awards the Wolf Prizes every year. Please see the official Wolf site http://www.wolffund.org.il/main.asp?idMain=13. Regards. --Fisty234 (talk) 09:06, 26 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Concern over sources

[edit]

Hi,

I have noted that the same author appears to be cropping up a disproportionate amount of times on dental related articles. You seemed to be the individual adding sources by this author. E.g.

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mucosal_lichen_planus&diff=433832159&oldid=426781512

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Osteonecrosis_of_the_jaw&diff=515270856&oldid=505979399

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Lichenoid_reaction_of_graft-versus-host_disease&diff=433831794&oldid=313439430

However, this issue is not confined to these 3 articles, it is much more widespread.

Firstly, I would direct you to WP:RS and WP:MEDRS, which state that primary sources such as these are almost always not good sources for wikipedia, particularly for medical content.

Secondly, I would direct you to WP:Conflict of interest (medicine). Not sure if you are still active as an editor any more, but please only use secondary sources and consider if you may have a conflict of interest before using a source. Thanks, Lesion (talk) 20:14, 2 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
