I've tagged this file for speedy deletion on commons, as the license is not CC-BY-SA, rather it's {{KOGL-type4}}. This does not allow remixing or commercial use, hence is incompatible with commons licensing. However, it is perfectly valid for uploading on English Wikipedia, which can happen when the commons version is deleted. Bellezzasolo Discuss 12:44, 31 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

User page

[edit]

Don't worry about the user page thing, I'm pretty sure I've saved the wrong page before. {{User:Bellezzasolo/UserPageBottom}} works in conjunction with {{User:Bellezzasolo/UserPageMine}}, which is my settings for {{User:Bellezzasolo/UserPage}}, which does my toolbar at the top. If you need a hand, just let me know. Bellezzasolo Discuss 13:39, 31 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Bellezzasolo:

I have to say, your user page looks awesome. I'm rather new here, and I'm just trying to find out how things work. Cheers. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ericgyuminchoi (talkcontribs)

Just so you know, pinging only works when you sign your post with four tildes (~~~~), but I'm here anyway, so no harm done. Thanks for thinking my user page looks good, although there's a whole different class here - Wikipedia:User page design center/User page Hall of Fame. Re this edit, I'm incredibly flattered, so thank you! I remember my early days were mostly stumbling around policy, in particular, I had a whole copyright fracas on commons, so you're not alone there. I'm particularly good at dealing with Templates and Modules, but if you have any questions on anything at all, don't hesitate to ask me! Bellezzasolo Discuss 14:08, 31 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
It's actually quite easy to resuse the user page template, take a look at User:Bellezzasolo/sandbox. If you wanted to copy it, you'd have to replace {{User:Ericgyuminchoi}} with {{subst:User:Ericgyuminchoi}}, because the content of your user page has to come from somewhere. Beyond that, you'd then probably want to move the user page stuff to a subpage so you could easily reuse it on your talk page, barnstars page, etc. with a simple {{User:Ericgyuminchoi/MyUserPage}} or somethinng similar. Bellezzasolo Discuss 01:38, 1 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Bellezzasolo:

Brilliant. Thanks for everything. :D

Pak Choong-hoon moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Pak Choong-hoon, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Your draft article, Draft:Kwak Sang-hoon

[edit]

Hello, Ericgyuminchoi. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Kwak Sang-hoon".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Lapablo (talk) 21:32, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

I saw that you recently created Constituent National Assembly (South Korea). In it's current form it seems like it would be better to combine this information with the better sourced section at National Assembly (South Korea)#First republic. Would you like to perform this merger there's more information at Wikipedia:Merging#How to merge. Thanks for your contributions! --Trialpears (talk) 09:42, 1 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Trialpears:

Hi Trialpears,

It's really nice to see another Wikipedian who is 16 and is studying the IB Diploma Programme! Thank you very much for your kind suggestions. I do agree with you that the page is currently rather underdeveloped, and I can see why one may see it to be better that we just merge it with the National Assembly. I was looking at this page earlier in September Constituent assembly and I came across multiple countries, such as Turkey having multiple seperate pages for each assembly, so I just thought why not make one for Korea? I'll try to add more information and develop more of my newly created articles, but as you know, IBDP is a pretty demanding degree; I appreciate you reminding me! Thank you too for your contributions and hard work in Wikipedia.

Cheers, Eric

Hi, can you please translate this video. Is the subtitle correct ? What's he saying ?--2409:4073:10C:E4CD:D89F:6DCC:EE28:2503 (talk) 13:28, 2 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@2409:4073:10C:E4CD:D89F:6DCC:EE28:2503: Hi. It seems the person in the video is talking about boar meat and soy sauce, so the subtitle does not seem to be correct. Ericgyuminchoi (talk) 14:02, 2 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
