Thai transcription on wikipedia
[edit]Here on Wikipedia, the transcription for Thai that is most often used is the Royal Thai General System of Transcription. It is for that reason that I reverted the changes you made to List of dishes using coconut milk. The only exceptions are for Thai words which are most known with a different transcription. For instance larb instead of lap. The latter would have been the correct way according to RTGS but the former has become the standard in English. For this please read WP:COMMONNAME. Thank you. - Takeaway (talk) 21:34, 6 October 2015 (UTC)
Again I ask you to please stop changing the official transcription of Thai into your preferred transcription variant as you did here and here. - Takeaway (talk) 22:23, 10 October 2015 (UTC)
Please do not change the spelling of categories
[edit]Please do not change the spelling of categories as you did here. This "breaks" the category. - Takeaway (talk) 21:38, 6 October 2015 (UTC)
Red link articles
[edit]Please do not add red link articles (articles that do not exist) to lists as you did here. Only add in articles after they have been written. Thank you. - Takeaway (talk) 21:42, 6 October 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to International Property Rights Index, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at the welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Communications protocol
[edit]Please stop trying to force your preferred spelling at Communications protocol. Repeating edits until you win is known as edit warring and is not permitted. Some people like "communication" and some like "communications". Neither is wrong; neither is more correct that the other (I think). The rule at Wikipedia is to not change the style of an existing article without agreement after a thorough discussion on the article talk page. Please explain why you believe your change is warranted at Talk:Communications protocol. You might note the name of the article while you are at that page—notice that it is "Communications protocol". Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at JPEG. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be undone.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continual disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. KylieTastic (talk) 17:18, 21 May 2016 (UTC)

Please stop "correcting" the pluralizations of nouns

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Systems design, without good reason. They need to have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Please do not move articles without some prior discussion and consensus agreement that this move is a good idea. For systems design this has already been discussed, and rejected. [edit]Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus, as you did to 2018–19 UEFA Nations League. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains underway. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Thank you. S.A. Julio (talk) 04:29, 16 September 2018 (UTC)
