Via Verde is a residential building in the Bronx, New York. It is located on the southeast corner of Brooke Avenue and 156th Street in Melrose, a neighborhood in the South Bronx. Via Verde was designed by Dattner Architects and Grimshaw Architects, and developed by Jonathan Rose Companies and Phipps Houses.
