Proposal #1 - Hybrid Format
[edit]Combines the Commentators and non-participating countries into a singular easy to read table. Makes errors more noticeable and easier to correct when editing. While converting the list above I did correct some errors here. N/A means the sources didn't have any information available in regards to commentators when I checked.
Broadcasters, commentators and spokespersons
[edit]The European Broadcasting Union provided an international live stream of both semi-finals and the grand final through their official YouTube channel. However the live stream was geo-blocked to viewers in Bolivia, Canada, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Uruguay, United States and Venezuela due to "rights limitations." Proposal #2 - All Table Format
[edit]This format splits Participating and Non-participating countries into their own tables but adds the spokespersons into the Participating countries table. This would reduce article size and also eliminate one instance where we would need to use the flag templates.
